• Adapted UDP as a part of TCP/IP software package to work with DOS application.
• Took proprietary protocol that was originally written for a multithreaded application and adapted it to work with a single threaded application.
  • Had to modify read function to perform non-blocking read.
  • Modified other functions to account for single-threaded nature of application.
• Developed Windows simulation code to test DOS application.
